Not sure why but the keyboard feels different. Not sure why this is happening. It's not really a problem but just though I point that out. It has issues with holding the CTRL + Spacebar or Alt + CTRL + Spacebar keys together which is Photoshops default navigation set combined with mouse clicks.
Just got this keyboard today (very fast shipping from Amazon). Price is a little steep, LOGISYS Computer KB208BK offer the same thing for about half the price. Also, the Numerical keypad on the right takes some getting use to. Took some getting use to, to get the feel of it.
Logitech has yet to fix his bug.F1 - F12 do not light up. If I only new about the Logisys before making this purchase. But so far, it does the job. There is some slight lagging when typing faster than 60wpm. Also, this keyboard is not yet compatible with Adobe Photoshop.
Like the bigger "Delete" Key. Overall I love the keyboard. Like it very much. Cons: "Insert" key small, "Enter" key could be bigger too. great design and solid construction as far as I can tell after only a couple weeks of use. Great light and keys feel. Nice control keys.
Yes--this keyboard works on my Mac. The ergonomics are good, too. Rebecca Kyle, June 2009 It's also easier to see even in a lighted room if you're peeking down at the symbols.
Let's start with the tactile feedback. Very pleased. If I had known way back then that IBM would stop making peripherals and their keyboards would be scarce, I probably would have bought half a dozen of them and stored them. Of course, if I had, I would have missed out on this gem. I have never gotten used to using a curved keyboard. Obviously, light is useful if you want to work in a darkened room, say late at night.
No problems here. I'm a touch typist, but every once in a while I use a bracket and have to see what I'm hitting.I like a corded keyboard. This keyboard does all of that. I'm not out to impress anyone, but it's fun to look at the lights at night. The Logitech has keys spaced at intervals that don't cause strain on my wrists. Finally, the keyboard looks good. What's so great about the Logitech Illuminated.
So far, have not found a wireless that keeps a good signal and maintains pace with my typing (about 70 WPM when I'm really rolling). Why illumination. It's not as 'clicky' as someone who used an old IBM, but the keystrokes are responsive and it's possible to type at a good clip. The built in comfort guard for your wrists is also great.
Nice touch and I can type in a darken room. Logitech Illuminated Ultrathin Keyboard with BacklightingVery happy with this keyboard.
You will like this one, for sure. Quite a diversion from the old klunky keyboards of just a few years ago. This keyboard is the ultimate. It is sleek looking, thin, the keys have a nice tactile feel and the key illumination is great for just about any circumstance.
